Kalahari Wild is one of only a handful of artisan butcheries in South Africa who are dry-ageing free-range, grass-fed meat.

 

The taste of ethically produced meat is much more flavoursome than that from mass-production feedlots, due to free-roaming animals feeding on a variety of natural occurring grazing.

​

Dry-ageing enhances this flavour even more, making the meat supremely tender and delicious. Giving it a distinct nutty smokey flavour.
